On :OUTA 6.0.0.2.0 version, Documentation
OUCCB Lib getElementValueByIndex function does not work on Post Validations.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

getElementValueByIndex function under OUCCBLIB function library does not work on Post Validations.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
==================
It has only 2 arguments instead of 3 so it does not pick index values on list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
==================
1. Setting getElementValueByIndex on the component level (3 arguments)
2. Setting getElementValueByIndex on post validation level (only 2 arguments)
3. But only 1 FA is saved.
