PDC User Interface Does Not Have Tax Code at Discount Balance Impact Level (Doc ID 2702647.1)

Scenario:

In Pricing Center there is an option to define tax code at Discount Balance Impact Level. However in Pricing Design Center (PDC) one can only define tax code at Discount model level.
As part of Migration, tax_code is properly migrated at the Discount Balance Impact level in PDC, however when one needs to add the same or modify from User Interface (UI), it is not supported and hence tax_code is getting missed out.

Question:

What is the solution to be able to configure tax_code at Discount Balance Impact level from PDC UI?
