Need BRM 12 PS3 Cloud Native Installation Steps For Pipeline Manager And Feasibility (Doc ID 2703704.1)

Goal

Customer is planning to install Cloud Native Billing and Revenue Management (CNBRM)12 PatchSet 3 in a new server. Downloaded p30823580_120030_Generic.zip and unzipped the file and not able to find the pipeline related software in the unziped folder.
 
Query 1: Where can we find the pipeline Manager for installation and which version of pipeline manager and which version of the pricing center is compatible for BRM 12 PS3.
Query 2: For cloud native , Is it required to first install BRM 12 PS3 and then other softwares(kubernets,docker,helm) or first the list softwares and then BRM PS12 PS3
