Error in Disconnection of Service containing shared Logical Device Account Resource

oracle.communications.inventory.api.exception.ValidationException: There is an assignment of same resource Logical Device Account with id '16425138' and name 'Portal_Account' on configuration: Service Configuration with id 'Se_17100302_1' and name 'ContentFiltering_RFS-Network_Protection_CFS - 1' . So, date cannot be modified.

Please consider the following Inventory Model:

We have implemented a Service with the following configuration item:
 a) One Resource Facing Service that can take 3 Specification options (RFS1, RFS2, RFS3) with multiplicity Range (maximum 3).

The above mentioned RFSes contain two Logical Device Account resources (config Items) that are being shared in all three RFSes (Option "Can be assigned to multiple entities" is selected).

Now, please consider the following scenario.
1) Activation of CFS is being performed successfully (one Service order with three child BIs in order to activate all three RFSes).
2) Disconnection of the created CFS fails during processBusinessInteraction step with the error.
