Batch execution done through ESIC fails after OFSAAI 8091 upgrade in SSO enabled environment (Doc ID 2704834.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.9.1 version, Administration_OFSS

After AAI 8091 upgrade, ESIC batch initialisation fails due to user authentication failure in SSO environment for user where F_SMS_AUTH_ONLY set to 'Y' in cssms_usr_profile table,
the following error occurs.

1.Try to initialize/execute batches through ESIC after 8091 upgrade
