Error in View Log: "CalendarObjectId: Invalid project calendar" or "Referenced business object Calendar cannot be found" During P6 XML Import

Symptoms
During P6 XML import attempt the job eventually fails with one of the following View Log errors in both the View Log and P6WebAccess.html log:
CalendarObjectId: Invalid project calendar
Referenced business object Calendar cannot be found
Notes:
- No P6 project in the source database has a resource calendar type assigned to activities prior to exporting.
- The existing Project calendars assigned are valid before exporting.
- After exporting, some Activities calendars are replaced with a <Resource> calendar type.
- The same issue can occur when exporting to XER file type.
- P6 XML import job Status = Failed, Project is added with missing Project data and with the reported errors.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Export a project to P6 XML format.
- Import the same P6 XML created in Step 1.
- Result: Import job Status = Failed, Project is added with missing data.
- Result: Import job View Log shows the reported errors.
- Inspection of P6 XML file shows invalid <Calendar> type = <Resource> were assigned to <Task> type objects, which is invalid.
