There is no Component for Create/Override Interval Reads in MDM
Customer need to create an Interval Read using Create/Override Intervals and
being able to specify total consumption, Regular Condition and Conversion
Method Use Straight Line. Customer have tried several things but so far user
have not been successful. Customer need to be able to specify a date range and
the total consumption quantity. user have not been able to find an existing
component which performs the Create/Override Interval Read
