EAI_JS Connection Errors When Increasing Number Of Child Processes For Pin_Bill_Day

Symptoms
On Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0.23.0 , when billing (pin_bil_day) is running after number of child processes for pin_bill_day script has been increased, there are connection errors reported by eai_js.
It was observed that if decreasing number of child processes for pin_bill_day script, the problem doesn't occur anymore.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. increase number of child processes for pin_bill_day script
2. run pin_bill_day
