Goal

When any user tries to submit collections for ASCP it errors and when submitted from system admin it completes normal


25-AUG 18:49:23 : ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P002, instance pwerxp02db01:pnsrap011 (1)
ORA-02097: parameter cannot be modified because specified value is invalid
ORA-48912: The specified trace filename is too long
