MSS not displaying Custom Attribute S-Tag For Some BW Facilities (Doc ID 2708347.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
The user has some  shared Bandwidths connections for which the S-TAGs are not reflecting in Hierarchy View.

The info is  present in the database tables , but its not visible in MSS UI .



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Shared Bandwidths should not drop their S-TAGs at any point.
