Not Able To Save the LDAP Configuration (Doc ID 2709862.1)

Symptoms

When we are trying to save the LDAP details from the UI with the below steps.

1) Login with the SYSADMN
2) System Configuration->> Configure System Configuration

3) Select as Authentication Type as LDAP Authentication and SMS Authentication

4) Give the LDAP details and save 

The LDAP Validation is failed and we can see the below error in the SMSService.log file.
