Goal

In the "Copy to Submit" function:

1. We need a way to limit the access to "Work Order details" tab, it contains critical system parameters that shouldn’t be modified by common users.
2. We need a way to limit the access to "CSDL information" tab, it gives the possibility to add further CSDL that could upset the original WO and put the network at risk.

We need a specific Method that permit the users to access the “Copy To Submit” feature, but with limited access to the Order Entry features.

The users belonging to this group SHOULD be able to:
Access the “Copy to Submit” function (or equivalent)
a. Submit the WO without modification
b. Submit the WO after having modified the CSDL parameters through the “Update” function

The users belonging to this group SHOULD NOT be able to:
- ADD/DEL the CSDLs
- Access the tab Work Order Details to modify system parameters such as Timeout, Rollback and so on.
