Goal

We had the Engine Run happening on for the Monthly Forcast generation . However during the engine run the engine starter was not running hence the engine Didn't get started .

While the expectation was to have the Engine step Abort and fail at that step .. It moved further and progressed to next step causing issues in the Monthly forecasting Process .

Need help to understand on why the engine step is not getting aborted when the engine is not run
