Symptoms

Pricing Design Center was restricting creation of multiple Item Specs for a same combination of Type and Aggregation Type, which means more Item Specs can exist in PDC for same combination of Item Spec Type and Aggregation Type. 

Multiple ItemSpec cannot be defined for the same Item Type and Aggregation Type in PDC.
