Oracle Communications WebRTC - Problem Setting Up Video Calls With Certain Smartphones (Doc ID 2711357.1)

Symptoms

Using a custom made Android app that leverages the Javascript SDK as a web-view, it is found that calls from Xiaomi to Cisco Jabber have no video. The audio stream can be set up without issues, but the video does not work. The signaling path seems fine.

The same app has been tested on several Samsung devices, audio and video both work fine there.

Scenario:
