Symptoms

When attempting to open a file attachment with MS Word
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Microsoft Word
The directory name is not valid.
(C:\Users\...\


STEPS

1. Log into web client
2. Open an object with a file attachment e.g. docx
3. Select file attachment and click Open button (Ensure the Allow download of Productivity Component is enabled)
to launch the Advanced Productivity Component
