Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), when updating an existing discount's balance impact, the following error is returned:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Find an existing discount with a balance impact
2. Call the PCM_OP_PRICE_SET_PRICE_LIST opcode
3. Try to pass in a different balance impact against the existing discount

As a result, it is not possible to update balance impacts of discounts with the PCM_OP_PRICE_SET_PRICE_LIST opcode.
