Non-English Characters Are Not Displayed Correctly in a P6 Project Imported via XML (Doc ID 2711663.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After exporting and importing a P6 project with multiple language character sets (such as English and German / French / Russian / etc.), non-English characters display as "�" in P6 Professional connected to a P6 Enterprise (EPPM) database using the AL32UTF8 character set.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All characters with umlauts/accents/etc. should be displayed correctly.
