Symptoms
On : 6.2.1 version, ASR
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

An ASR/LSR is Supp Cancelled ,Saved and the user chooses to close the ASR /LSR or the application terminates ,the user doesn't get any message like
"ASR /LSR Supp has not been Processed .
Do you want to Continue?¿
<Yes/No> "
which comes in such scenarios in PSR and ISR .
Such a message should be introduced in ASR/LSR modules as well .
Its seen that in lack of such message and in this scenario MSS leaves the service request as Supp-1 but there is no note on the order, the circuit, , telephone number and service items are also not updated as Cancelled .
