Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Account Migration Manager

Problem Description

BRM High Availability does not work if host is down but works fine if host is up but processes are not running.
When host is down, it started creating hanging threads but once we bring the host back immediately all the locks/transactions are getting completed and it becomes normal without starting BRM process itself.
