ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SP Equipment list not populated in Outbound Communication
Create an SP with an SP Equipment Item currently attached. When creating an FA, the Outbound Communication does not retrieve the Equipment Item IDs when it should.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add SP and populate an Item ID as SP Equipment
2. Create a FA against the SP
3. Ensure the Field Task used is utilizing the D1-UpdateSP Completion Event
4. Outbound Communication does not display existing SP Equipment
