Goal
Partial Restoration Not Included in CMI.
Created a real device outage that affected 100 customers.
Restored 39 customers after 30 minutes from another source.
Restored the remaining 61 customers after another 30 minutes. The Run CMI column showed 6,000 which would be 100 customers out for the full 60 minutes of the outage.
Is there a way to calculate CMI taking into consideration the partial restorations so that your CMI is accurate vs inflated in a case like this?
This is critical to reporting out CMI.
