Issue - Usage Transaction Error for Same Date Meter Exchange
When a meter exchange occurs with meter removal date on the same date as the installed date, usage is calculated with error.

‘There were 2 existing elements found matching elements /X1-UsageRequestNonCyclical/SPs/SPsList/deviceGroup/deviceList[2] when only one node should exist.’


Steps -

  1. Generate a bill segment for a service point that has a meter exchange
  2. Ensure that the bill dates spans the meter exchange date
    An error is encountered during bill generation -
    ‘There were 2 existing elements found matching elements /X1-UsageRequestNonCyclical/SPs/SPsList/deviceGroup/deviceList[2] when only one node should exist.’
