Symptoms
When attempting to add payment event, SQL error CODE 000099997 Occured In Module CIPPPAYR is encountered
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Menu -> Financial -> Payment event -> add
2. Enter the details as per screenshot attached. (Payor account ID, Payment Amount, Amount Tendered, Tender type, Match Type)
3. Click on OK button after entering the details. SQL error is encountered at this point, preventing us from creating any payments.
