Case Does Not Appear When Searched Using Reference Number On Case Open Screen (Doc ID 2717292.1)

When user is searching the case on case open screen using the reference number, case doesn't appear.

The case is having the value at Case Form >> Additional Information >> References.
Search is done on Case Actions > Open with search criteria Reference Number = '<value>'.
