Goal

Illustrate how the new IPSA Authentication module is used.

Benefits

It provides a means of permitting user groups to access and use the TACC (Threshold Activated Configuration and Control) module and other IPSA modules.

It also provides a means of tracking TACC user operations by logging the details to file on the IPSA GUI server.
