PROBLEM
-------------
We are trying to use the standard functionality to remove promise date after PO reschedule from ASCP.
Promise date is getting blank but need by date is not getting updated and reschedule PO program is completed with warning with below error

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error returned from PO api : Supply Number 1111, Line Number 17, Shipment Number 1:
Old date in Planner Workbench 20-MAY-2020:12:00:00 does not match the Promised Date or Need by Date 20-MAY-2020:11:59:00 on the Purchase Order/Release.
Probable causes:
1.) After Data was collected for Advanced Planning, the Promised date on PO/Release was changed.
  OR
2.) If the PO/Release has only Need by Date, then it was changed.
Action : Rerun collections and regenerate the Plan and then reschedule the Purchase Order/Release.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Set profile in both OLTP and VCP

MSC: Remove Promise Date for Rescheduled Purchase Orders = Yes

Date in ASCP for PO before reschedule:

Need by Date - 20-MAY-2020 23:59:00
Promised Arrival date - 20-MAY-2020 00:00:00
Sugg Dock Date - 10-AUG-2020 23:59:00

After reschedule program gets warning as above and below dates on PO in OLTP

Dates ON PO after reschedule:

Need By Date - 20-MAY-2020 23:59:00
Promise date - Null

Expected date on PO
Need By Date - 20-MAY-2020 23:59:00
Promise date - 10-AUG-2020 23:59:00 (Same as dock date in ASCP)
