Symptoms

ISSUE:

User has issues saving data in RDC Onsite. The error reported is 'Data Capture error null'

Log files report the following errors:

*) ORA-01924: role 'RXCLIN_SEC' not granted or does not exist
*) ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
