Unable to login to Orace Student Financial Planning using SAML SSO (Doc ID 2718481.1)

Symptoms

 Unable to login to SFP using SAML SSO, credentials not being accepted.

 

Using Developer Tools, you can search for error in the Network Tab of Developer Tools.

How to use Developer Tools:

You can open the Firefox Developer Tools from the menu by selecting Tools > Web Developer > Toggle Tools or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + I or F12 on Windows and Linux, or Cmd + Opt + I on macOS.

 

Status 401 indicates Unauthorized user
