Symptoms

Below error shows up in the Import Preference window in the Web Client after checking on the option "Persist preference settings to be shared by other users" and Save:
 

Error

com.agile.imp.ImportException: failed
com.agile.webfs.components.common.RepositoryException: failed



Steps

This issue is reproduced by following below steps:

  1. Log into Web Client
  2. Go to Tools and Settings > Import, and click Preferences
  3. Check on the option "Persist preference settings to be shared by other users" and Save
  4. Gets error
