SCTP Protocol Errors In DiameterControlAgent (Doc ID 2720017.1)

Symptoms

1) DCA (Diameter Control Agent) set wrong Payload protocol identifier values (0x04 - SUA (SS7 SCCP-User Adaptation Layer) instead of 0x2E - diameter) in all SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol) packets.

2) When DIAMETER.DCAInstances.DiameterServer.protocol is set to "both" process is not listening on SCTP (only TCP (Transmission Control Protocol)).
