On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Version 12.0.0.3.0, Billing Care

When accessing Billing Care, Hierarchy Screen at a parent account, a message appears saying:
"There are too many child accounts to show them all here" even if  the parent account has only one child account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log in Billing Care;
2.Select to view Hierarchy Screen for a parent account;
3.Search for specific account;
4.Check if the child accounts are displayed correctly;
