After downloading Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 Patchset18 (PS18) for Solaris 11 SPARC 64-bit Operating System(OS), it is observed that the below installation binaries (which are mentioned in the Patch readme file) are missing:
