Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The incorrect Time Zone is displayed for Moscow in Unifier: UTC+04:00

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct time zone is UTC+03:00 as Russia has cancelled the daylight saving time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to Preferences
  3. Check the Region format
  4. Notice that the Timezone for Moscow is UTC+4
