Priority Assessment And Queue Management Services Are Not Seen In The Argud Safety Service Configuration Tool (Doc ID 2726201.1)

Symptoms

Two Services are not visible in Argus Safety Service Configuration tool:
(A) Priority Assessment
(B) Queue Management

Copied AGConfig.exe and agservice.ini files from another server to this server
All seems to work as expected
Were able to change all passwords except:
(A) Priority Assessment
(B) Queue Management

When trying to change password they get the message that the Task field is blank
Upon checking the Task field, they find that it is blank.
