Goal

After populating several fields in request panel of switch sheet and saving, any state transition of the switch sheet deletes custom/extension fields from the database. The fields remain populated in the application - explicitly saving the sheet again repopulates the fields from the active sheet.

No errors observed in client log or in Weblogic log.
