Symptoms

After upgrading Agile PLM 9.3.6 to 9.3.6 RUP 14 and FMW to 12.2.1.4, customer is unable to launch the java client.

with the below error message:

JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by same certificate

Changes

The working system prior to upgrading/patching:
Oracle RDMS 19.3.0.0
FMW 12.2.1.1
Agile PLM 9.3.6.0
