ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
-----------------------
When the user expands an embedded cloud by dragging its edges, the components inside it DONOT move relatively to occupy the expanded white space within the cloud.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
-------------------------
When the user expands an embedded cloud by dragging its edges, the components inside it SHOULD move relatively to occupy the expanded white space within the cloud.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a network system. In our example we used an ETHERNET net sys.
2. Expand a n embedded cloud
3. Note that a component comes out of the cloud.
