ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On a virtual schematic design there is a missing physical circuit, or rather, the physical circuit appears to be related but is not showing up whereas its there in the asap.NS_CON_REL table. A report of ours is failing because more rows are returned when we anticipated less in the table asap.NS_CON_REL filtering with the column circuit_design_id_child
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
****************
Only the circuit-ids of the physicals which are shown in the virtual schematic design (or connection hierarchy) should come up from a select in the table asap.NS_CON_REL.
