Invalid Content Error While Importing An Exported Rate Table On NCC 12.0.2 (Doc ID 2730405.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.2.0.0 version, it is observed that importing an exported rate table throws below Error. 

Error:

Here the user is trying to import a rate table that was simply exported and had the rate table name changed. However when trying to import it, they get the above mentioned Error.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. On 12.0.2 SMS Screens--->Services--->Prepaid Charging--->Rating Management--> Inside Rate Tables---select one sample Rate Table and Export to local system.
2. Modify the "rate_table name" inside the exported xml file and save
3. Inside Rate Tables--->Try to Import the exported file.
4. Check if importing throws the mentioned Error.
