Oracle Utilities SDK : Unable to run Generate Artifacts after Log4j library update

After installing patch that upgraded log4j libraries from 2.11.0 to 2.13.3, we are unable to run the Generate Artifacts script in Eclipse.

The patch installs the following log4j libraries:
log4j-api-2.13.3.jar
log4j-core-2.13.3.jar
log4j-slf4j-impl-2.13.3.jar
