Report Is Not Auto Scheduled When Case IRD Is Earlier Than License Withdrawn Date (Doc ID 2731629.1)

Symptoms

When a case is having earlier Initial Receipt Date than case product License's Withdrawn Date, report is not scheduled for the license by Auto-Schedule.

Steps to Repeat:

  1. Create a Marketed drug license on Argus Console with Withdrawn Date is null.
  2. Create a Report Rule for Marketed drug which matches the license.
  3. Create a new case by the Marketed drug license and the country matching to the Report Rule.
    • Case Initial Receipt Date = 01-JUN-2020
  4. Enter appropriate data for the case and go to Regulatory Reports tab.
  5. Click [Auto Schedule].
    • ---> A report is scheduled for the Marketed drug License by the Report Rule.
  6. Set Withdrawn Date for the Marketed drug on Argus Console to later date than the case's IRD.
    • Case Initial Receipt Date = 01-JUN-2020
      License Withdrawn Date = 01-OCT-2020
  7. For the same case on Case Form >> Regulatory Reports tab, click [Auto Schedule].
    • ---> No report is scheduled.
