ASR 61 | importPTA Web Service REF NUM Field Issue (Doc ID 2731740.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When users execute the ImportPTA Web Service API with one circuit mentioned in the PTA Circuit detail section but without the REFNUM value, the API responds with the below error

ERROR
************
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("ASAP"."PTA_CIRCUIT"."REFERENCE_NUMBER")

 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
******************
REF Num is not a mandatory field and the importPTA Web service should not throw this error .

STEPS
********

1-
In the importPTA XML
In <aPtaCircuitDetailSeq> section do not give any value in the  tag  : <refNum></refNum>


2- Run the importPTA web service after filling other relevant tags and we get  above mentioned error
