Billing Care Throws Error While Trying to View Invoice PDF: "Error while retrieving Invoice pdf 0.0.0.1+-bill+<POID>" (Doc ID 2732789.1)

Goal

In a Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) setup which is integrated with Business Intelligence Publisher version 12.2.1.3.0, when trying to view the invoice through Billing Care (by navigating to Bills tab and clicking on Actions --> View Invoice PDF), there is a popup with message "Unable to retrieve the invoice. Contact your supervisor."

Looking into the Billing Care domain log in the Weblogic server, below error is seen:
