Goal

You experience slow performance when running an Undo of Management Ledger Allocations against millions of records.  Your partitioning of FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER uses FISCAL_MONTH and FISCAL_YEAR.  However, the Undo 'delete' statement is using AS_OF_DATE in the "where" clause.  Is there a way to get the Undo process to use FISCAL_MONTH and FISCAL_YEAR instead of AS_OF_DATE?
