Only the First Interval is being updated with a quantity value and Read Condition of Regular
User created an OUTA flow using the D1-IMDSeeder and D1-InitialLoadIMDInterval components to manually create reads for an interval meter with a date range. The result of the flow is that the first interval is populated with a quantity value of 1 and a Read Condition of Regular. All the remaining intervals all have a quantity of 0 and a Read Condition of Missing. User trying to use this flow to create/override Intervals where you can specify a start date, end date, Total Consumption, specify Regular for the condition, and select use Straight Line for the Conversion Method. What are the correct values to do this interval read in OUTA?
