Symptoms

After upgrade of Platform 8.1.0.1.0, getting below error while accessing the IIA screens

"Invalid Request / Error While Processing Request"

Below Error in UMMService.log

[ERROR] [WEB] [UMM] [NA] [SESSIONMANAGER]
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Name [java:comp/env/jdbc/FICMASTER] is not bound in this Context. Unable to find [java:comp]
