Symptoms

User executed the batch to trigger the EDQ Service for TF is failing

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Configure the batch to trigger the EDQ web service in OFSAA application.

Step 2 : Execute the batch 

Expected behavior :

Batch should be execute without issue and EDQ web service must be initiated.

Actual behavior :

Batch is not executed successfully and encountered below issue.

Connection pool size exceeded and encountered below issue.

weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool edqResultsDS to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..
