FTP Process Does Not Output Transfer Rate and No Rows Exist in FSI_PROCESS_NODE_MAP for Process (Doc ID 2737384.1)

Symptoms

After executing an FTP Process, the process completes successfully but no Transfer Rates are created.

The Transfer Pricing log from $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps (8.0.5 or lower) or /<ftpshare>/logs/<AsofDate>/<Infodom>/Transfer Pricing Engine (8.0.6 and higher) contains the following at the end:

Module Logging OFS calculation module data: Child exited with return status 0, Child Status 1 

Module Logging OFS Access module data: select
select count(FSI_DB_INFO.owner)
from FSI_DB_INFO
.
.
.
Module Logging OFS calculation module data: Child exited with return status 0, Child Status 1
 


Module Logging OFS Access module data: insert
insert into FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS(process_sys_id, id_number,
sequences, field_name, field_value, corrected_value,
default_value, severity, error_date, error_time, table_name,
error_description, error_code, num, leaf_num_id, leaf_node, sim,
batch_run_id)
values (:process_sys_id, :id_number, :sequences, :field_name,
:field_value, :corrected_value, :default_value, :severity,
:error_date, :error_time, :table_name, :error_description,
:error_code, :num, :leaf_num_id, :leaf_node, :sim, :batch_run_id
 

Additionally, there is an error in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG for the FTP Process ID.  For example:

Starting FTP Process for :200386
Building existing node map id: 279
Process successfully executed
Populating Hierarchial TP
Hierarchy Table Name: DIM_PRODUCTS_HIER
Populating Hierarchial Adjustments
Creating Temporary Table: TEMP_TABLE_200386
Creating Temporary Table: TEMP_TABLE_200386
Error Occured in processing Adjustment: 200385

This issue prevents you from getting Transfer Rates.
