Data Balances Not Deducted in Case of Data Session With Low Usage

Symptoms
On Network Charging and Control (NCC) 4.4.1.5.0, when a bucket has low funds and a data session is done with a few usage, data is still passing and the balance is not decreased.
In the Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) Event Data Record (EDR), COSTS fields is empty but DURATION and DURATION_CHARGED fields have values greater than 0.
Problem happens when cross balance type and multitariff is used for data session.
The following is logged in beVWARS debug log:
It can be seen that as the cost was 0 on balance type 2146 (currency one), analysis was stopped and non-currency balances were not impacted ( balance type 2259 and 2260).
Expected behavior is to impact with "1" both non-currency balances ( balance type 2259 and 2260).
